Herod release new music video for ‘The Icon’

HEROD have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track The Icon, is taken from the Swiss atmospheric groove metal band’s upcoming new album, Iconoclast, which is scheduled to be released in May this year.

Speaking about the new song, the band says, “it deals with the intentional attempt to removing history. Iconoclasm has had different meanings throughout history. In the past it meant the destruction of holy images but today it signifies the aggression towards the rule; a political, social and liberating act.”
