In Flames undergo battle of the bands

IN FLAMES have released a new video!

Having released their thirteenth album, I, The Mask, last week, the Swedish metallers have been on the metal scene for a staggeringly long time. 29 years to be exact. With such a long time on the scene, the band have seen metal develop into what it is today.

Now, in a video, which is available to watch exclusively below, vocalist Anders Fridén and guitarist Björn Gelotte are pitched a series of bands and they reveal who they prefer! METALLICA or MEGADETH? OBITUARY or CARCASS? Dio or Ozzy-era BLACK SABBATH? Watch the video below to find out!

Speaking about their latest album, Björn tells Distorted Sound, “we’ve shown a lot of natural progression from Battles and what we have done previously. It’s kind of a time stamp to where we are musically.”
