INTRODUCING: Ondt Blod

Hardcore and punk have gone hand in hand for a while. The two work together effortlessly and have delivered some much loved and influential bands. Bringing it up a notch and putting their own twist on things is Norwegian band ONDT BLOD.

Despite leaning towards the hardcore punk sound, what makes this band special is the ability to incorporate so many other styles. Their sound is unique, something hard to come by. That is why they are getting recognition worldwide, they’re a band not to be left behind in the masses of upcoming talents.

Having just released their new album, Natur, ONDT BLOD bring style and powerful political messages with their music. Natur brings the perspective of the indigenous Sami people of Lapland, supporting them. Vocalist Aslak, a political activist and has been secretary in the board of environment and economy politics in the Red party (Norwegian socialist party). This makes for the album concept to be more hard-hitting and emotive.
