Joe Appleford releases new music video for ‘The Escapist’

JOE APPLEFORD has released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track The Escapist, is the brand new single from the former BAD SIGN vocalist and follows on from his last single, Leech, which was released back in January.

The new single was produced by Neil Kennedy [CREEPER, BOSTON MANOR, TRASH BOAT] and recorded at The Ranch Studio.

Speaking about the new song, Joe says, “The Escapist is inspired by the Spike Jonze film, Her and I wanted to focus on the ever-increasing unhealthy relationship with technology whether it be a very literal scenario as shown in the film where Joaquin Phoenix‘s character falls in love with the OS or more every day actual examples of how we have perhaps embraced certain elements of technology and social media too much, to the point where it has an impact on real-life social skills and actual relationships.”
