Kite Thief announce debut EP ‘Ambiviolent’
KITE THIEF have announced their debut EP!
Titled Ambiviolent, the upcoming EP from the Bristol-based alternative pop metal band is their debut EP and is scheduled to be released in December this year, via Year Of The Rat Records.
Alongside the announcement of the debut EP, the band have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming debut EP; Judge Judy & Executioner. The new song is the third single to be released from the upcoming EP, following on from Goldsick and The Tide.
Speaking about the new song, vocalist Elin Allan says, “this is probably my favourite song that we have ever written. It was the first song that we fully completed when we started writing again and during that time I was going through an awful breakup from a long-term relationship. I was confused, angry and bitter and this song encompasses all of that. But it has been a huge part of my healing process and has come full circle and now it is just the most fun, energetic and cathartic song to play live.”
