Maebe release new music video for ‘God Wit’

MAEBE have released a new music video!

The UK math‑rock band have shared ‘God Wit’, the latest single to be taken from their upcoming third album Brain Paint (the follow-up to 2023’s Rebirth. Relive. Repeat.), which is set for release on May 22nd, 2026 via Ripcord Records.

Speaking on the single, band leader Mike Astley‑Brown says, God Wit is one of my favorite songs on the record – it goes straight for the jugular. It started with Nic’s driving drum groove and came together incredibly quickly after that. It’s one of our first‑ever co‑writes – a big moment for the band.”

Brain Paint was recorded across Bristol’s Humm Studios and Astley‑Brown’s home studio, mixed by Tom Peters and mastered by Stephen Kerrison. The album is the first to feature MAEBE’s full live lineup and is described by the band as their most ambitious release to date.
