Mayday Parade announce new EP ‘Out Of Here’

MAYDAY PARADE have announced a new EP!

Titled Out Of Here, the upcoming EP from the band follows 2018’s Sunnyland and is scheduled to be released in October this year, via Rise Records.

In early March, the band stepped into the studio with longtime collaborators Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount to record the EP. Alongside the announcement of the new EP, the band have released the first song from the upcoming release; Lighten Up Kid.

Lighten Up Kid is about trying to find yourself and the strength to keep fighting for what you believe in,” drummer Jake Bundrick says of the new song. “It’s about being or feeling cut down and hung out to dry but standing up for yourself in the end.”
