Mayday Parade release new song ‘Lying To Myself’
MAYDAY PARADE have released a new single!
The new track, Lying To Myself, is taken from the Florida pop punk band’s upcoming album Sugar, which is set for release on July 24th. The record serves as the third and final instalment of the band’s ambitious album trilogy, following Sweet and Sad, both released in 2025 as part of MAYDAY PARADE‘s 20th anniversary celebrations.
Speaking about the track, guitarist Brooks Betts shares, “I had worked on this song for a month and couldn’t get the vibe right until Alex gave me the idea to go a bit more minor with the chorus and the whole thing just fell into place.”
