Mimi Barks announces new EP ‘Dreamstate of Fear’

MIMI BARKS has announced a brand new EP!

The German-born, London-based doom trap artist has revealed that her new EP, Dreamstate of Fear, is set for release on July 24th, 2026. The upcoming EP is the follow-up to her debut full-length album THIS IS DOOM TRAP, continuing to push her self-defined blend of alternative metal, industrial energy and trap into darker and more focused territory.

Alongside the announcement, MIMI BARKS has released a new music video for the EP’s latest single, Jericho, which follows the previously released Dreamstate Of Hell.

Speaking on the new single, Barks shares, “what looks like collapse is really release, an undoing of everything that was never truly mine. There’s no real enemy unless you choose to become one to yourself. The shift happens when the self remembers itself, when the energy turns inward and transforms. The old world dissolves making space for something unknown. That’s where freedom begins. What will you choose? Heaven or Hell?”
