Mother Mother announce new album ‘Grief Chapter’
MOTHER MOTHER have announced a new album!
Titled Grief Chapter, the upcoming album from the Canadian indie rock band is the follow-up to 2021’s Inside, and is scheduled to be released in February next year, via Warner Records.
Speaking about the upcoming album, vocalist/guitarist Ryan Guldemond says, “death and grief rooted themselves in these songs, but not morosely. It’s used more as a reference point for how to live more fully and presently. Life is fleeting, therefore it’s precious, and death is the most effective way I know to frame this miracle of living.”
Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; The Matrix.
