Mournful Congregation announce new EP ‘The Exuviae Of Gods – Part I ‘

MOURNFUL CONGREGATION have announced a new EP!

Titled The Exuviae Of Gods – Part I, the upcoming EP from the Australian doom metal band is the follow-up to 2018’s The Incubus Of Karma, and is scheduled to be released in May this year, via 20 Buck Spin.

The upcoming EP is the first in a two-part series which will bridge the gap between full-length records. The EP features two brand new songs alongside a re-recorded version of An Epic Dream Of Desire.

The drums on The Exuviae Of Gods – Part I were recorded at Red Lantern Studios in Portland, Oregon by Evan Mersky, while the rest of the tracks were recorded and the record mixed at the Cave Studio in Adelaide, Australia by Damon Good. Mastering was handled Brad Boatright at Audiosiege [COME TO GRIEF, NIGHTFELL, YATRA] and the artwork was created by Karmazid [ABRUPTUM, SUMMONING, URFAUST, EGREGORE].
