Naked Next Door release new song ‘Halo’

NAKED NEXT DOOR have released a brand new song!

The new song, titled Halo, is taken from the UK indie rock quartet’s upcoming new EP, Swerving Out Wide, which is scheduled to be released in May this year.

The track was “written with a person in mind that I have always admired as being strong, and it was almost like my way of saying it doesn’t matter if you don’t get everything right, I’ll be here no matter what,” says frontman Euan Emerton. “I could see they were under a lot of pressure at the time and I always felt they handled it better than I would, and that’s why I wrote the song.”

The band hit the studio at the end of 2019 to record their six track EP Swerving Out Wide, which includes five new songs recorded, produced, and mixed by Larry Hibbitt [SEAGIRLS, BLOXX, NOTHING BUT THIEVES], and a stripped down, bare bones version of fan favourite Not Much Of Me which was recorded by Euan and Corin from the band, along with Joe Garrett. Alongside the release of the new song, you can view both the track list and artwork for the upcoming EP. Both of which are available to view below:
