Napalm Death release new music video for ‘Standardization’

NAPALM DEATH have released a brand new music video!

The new music video, for the track Standardization, is the opening track from the grindcore pioneers’ latest compilation album Coded Smears and more Uncommon Slurs which was released back in March. The new music video was created by Costin Chioreanu/Twilight 13 Media and speaking about the new video, vocalist Mark “Barney“ Greenway says, “videos I find one of the trickiest mediums to make vibrant and impactful. Costin, the producer though, had a lot of stuff from our Roadburn Festival presentation which seemed to fit the music quite nicely and reflect the song’s subject matter about the utter despair of a colourless life and desire of more conservative forces for a homogenous world according to gender, sexuality, human habits and, well, generally everything. No thanks!”

Coded Smears and more Uncommon Slurs is out now via Century Media Records. The band will perform at this year’s Download Festival. They will play the Dogtooth Stage on Friday 8th June.
