No Play Festival announces second wave of bands
No Play Festival have announced their 2026 headliner and second wave of bands!
The Liverpool-based DIY heavy music event has announced their 2026 headliner, with STICK TO YOUR GUNS set to top the bill alongside seven new additions to the lineup.
Joining the headliners are ROMAN CANDLE, FOOLS GAME, MALIGNANT METHODS, SAFEGUARD, DORMANT, SUNDAY BEST, and INVASION, expanding an already stacked lineup featuring the likes of SPY, PEST CONTROL, SPACED, and more. The festival returns to Liverpool City Centre on September 5th, operating across five stages with a no barriers setup. Notable additions include the Guillotine Stage at the Jacaranda Basement, spotlighting local talent, and the Best Life Records Stage at Kazimier Stockroom, featuring a curated label takeover.
Speaking about the event, founder Ted MacDonald says, “we’re pretty excited about the new stage setup this year! No barriers all day is something we’ve wanted to do since we started, it’s how this music is meant be experienced. The fest has really grown over the last few years and to have the two biggest stages in Arts Club running back to back as well – it’s gonna go off!”
