Outbreak Fest announce 16 bands

16 new bands have been for next year’s Outbreak Fest!

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic taking any hope of a summer festival season away from us this year, we as music fans and journalists are already anticipating the return of the festival circuit in 2021 (fingers crossed!).

Outbreak Fest, a vital festival for all things hardcore and punk, celebrate their tenth anniversary in 2021 and 16 new bands have been announced for the festival which will now take place at its new home at Bowlers Exhibition Centre in Manchester.

Leading the charge in today’s announcement is the festival’s first headliner, KNOCKED LOOSE, whilst MADBALLHIGHER POWERDRAINXIBALBAALL OUT WAR and BROKEN TEETH will surely bring destructive sets to the Northern powerhouse. Rounding out today’s announcement is FIDDLEHEADHIGH VISINCENDIARYNARROW HEADRENOUNCEDSANCTIONVEIN.FMYOUNG GUV and YOUTH OF TODAY.

Speaking about performing at next year’s festival, KNOCKED LOOSE‘s Bryan Garris says, “we are excited to be a part of the Outbreak Fest line up. I’ve watched tons of videos from this fest and I’m stoked to experience it first hand.”

“Our aim was always to put something together to really show the diversity within the hardcore punk community. This is a festival for everyone, a place where people can feel welcomed, allowed to express themselves however they want, meet like minded people and above all have fun. This was our goal from the start and 10 years on we are still living by this,” adds the festival organisers.

Outbreak Fest will take place at Bowlers Exhibition Centre, Manchester from June 25th-27th 2021. Tickets, priced at £90, are available from September 2nd and can be purchased here.
