Post Profit announce new EP ‘Self Defeater’
POST PROFIT have announced a new EP!
Titled Self Defeater, the upcoming EP from the Texas-based alternative rock band is the follow-up to last year’s When You Think It’s Right It’s Always Wrong, and is scheduled to be released in November this year, via SharpTone Records.
Alongside the announcement of the new EP, the band have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming EP; Drug Emporium. The new song is the second single to be released from the upcoming EP, following on from Cancer Culture, which was released last month.
Speaking about the new song and its accompanying music video, the band says, “this song is about the growing pains of growing up in the real world. While there’s nostalgia in the music, the lyrics are about moving yourself forward and evolving. And since we’re all fans of skateboarding, it only made sense to include it in the video.”
