Press To MECO announce delay of ‘Transmute’

PRESS TO MECO have sadly announced a delay for their upcoming new album!

After coming back with a bang in February with the announcement of their brand new album, Transmute, unfortunately, the Croydon/Crawley-based band have sadly announced that the album will now be released in August this year, two months after the initially proposed release in June. The delay is the result of manufacturing issues, likely due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Speaking about the delay for their new album, the band says, “with everything going on right now, things are moving way more slowly than we had hoped. To top it off, we’ve heard today that there are further delays on the delivery of the vinyl. We want to have everything in order and to be able to deliver you guys the full package, so we’ve had to push the album back by just a little bit. So here we go. Transmute will now be released on the 20th of August 2021.There will be lots of content on the lead up to the release, and maybe even a show announcement or two. Stay safe, see you soon.”

Transmute is set for release on August 20th via Marshall Records. Pre-orders are available now and can be purchased here.
