RADAR Festival announces Mick Gordon as first headliner for 2027

RADAR Festival have announced their first headliner for 2027!

The genre-bending UK festival has revealed that acclaimed composer, producer and sound designer Mick Gordon will headline next year’s event, which is scheduled to take place from July 30th to August 1st, 2027.

In a world-first performance, Gordon will bring his iconic DOOM soundtrack to the live stage for the very first time. The set will feature Gordon‘s custom DOOM Machine instrument alongside a full live band and orchestra, marking the first occasion that the composer has performed the music in this format. According to the festival, the performance will see Gordon present the soundtrack exactly as intended, with the show’s focus firmly on the original composer and score rather than a DJ set or tribute performance.

RADAR Festival will take place from 30th July-1st August 2027 at O2 Victoria Warehouse, Manchester. Super Early Bird tickets go on sale on August 7th, with fans able to sign up now for first access via the festival’s website.
