Real Authority release new music video for ‘Transylvanian Rock’

REAL AUTHORITY have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track Transylvanian Rock, is the brand new single from the flamboyant London-based punk outfit and comes just in time for Halloween!

Speaking of the new song, vocalist John James Davies says, I used to live in this creepy house that got no sunlight and was totally infested with spiders. At the time I was working nights so I had a pretty wild sleeping pattern. Needless to say, after one too many nights of sleep paralysis and intense nightmares, I sat down with my guitar for five minutes and wrote Transylvanian Rock. As far as our material goes, it’s certainly the darkest, both aesthetically and emotionally but it’s also our most grand and flamboyant. A sign of things to come, maybe…”

On the video, guitarist Johann Saul adds, “the idea was inspired by B-movie horror, old Dracula movies, The Lost Boys and Slumber Party Massacre 2 (but not 1). When we stumbled across Talliston House & Gardens the narrative really wrote itself – a man haunted by punk rock vampires in a castle. We hope you enjoy this REAL AUTHORITY Halloween special!”
