Shade Empire announce new album ‘Sunholy’
SHADE EMPIRE have announced a new album!
Titled Sunholy, the upcoming album from the Finnish symphonic black metal band is the long-awaited follow-up to 2017’s Poetry Of The Ill-Minded, and is scheduled to be released in September this year, via Candlelight Records.
The upcoming album was mixed by Chris Edrich [DEVIN TOWNSEND, LEPROUS, ALCEST] and mastered by Pierrick Noël [KLONE], with FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE‘s Francesco Ferrini responsible for the orchestrations and Andy Reich at Collapse Of Art completing the artwork.
Speaking about the upcoming album, the band says, “six years after the release of Poetry of the Ill-Minded, we are pleased to present you with our new album Sunholy. We are very excited to let our fans hear what we have been up to. The record is brutality and beauty in perfect harmony.”
Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming album; In Amongst The Woods.
