Slam Dunk Festival announce Alkaline Trio and The Used

Two bands have been announced for the rescheduled Slam Dunk Festival!

The biggest alternative party the UK has to offer was originally supposed to take place next month, but, as the COVID-19 pandemic ground touring, festivals and mass gatherings to halt, Slam Dunk moved to September.

The first rescheduled announcement featured a lineup that included headliners SUM 41 and DON BROCO, alongside heavy hitters like BILLY TALENT, WHILE SHE SLEEPS, THE STORY SO FAR, MAYDAY PARADE, CODE ORANGE and more, now, two more bands have been announced for this year’s rescheduled festival!

Joining the festival in their new dates in September is ALKALINE TRIO and THE USED! Speaking about performing at this year’s festival, Dan Andriano of ALKALINE TRIO says, “even while we continue to stay home to do our part, we look forward to coming back to the UK for our first time in years! Slam Dunk will be amazing!” THE USED add, “we are very excited to announce that we’re back on the lineup for the rescheduled Slam Dunk Festival dates in September!”

Slam Dunk Festival North will take place on Saturday September 5th 2020 at Temple Newsam and Slam Dunk South will take place on Sunday September 6th at Hatfield Park. Tickets can be purchased here.
