Slam Dunk Festival reveal 10 more bands

Slam Dunk Festival have announced 10 new bands for this year’s festival!

After announcing the likes of BEARTOOTH, COUNTERPARTS, 3OH!3, SET IT OFF and more earlier this month, now, another 10 bands have been announced for the UK’s biggest alternative festival!

Leading the charge in the latest announcement is Aussie pop-rockers STAND ATLANTIC, SMRTDEATH (who will make their UK debut at the festival) and CASSYETTE, who will all perform across the festival weekend in June this year. Also confirmed for this year’s festival is DEATHBYROMY, STREETLIGHT MANIFESTO, THE SUICIDE MACHINES, PUNK ROCK FACTORY, MC LARS, BEARS IN TREES and IN HER OWN WORDS.

Speaking about performing at this year’s festival, CASSYETTE says, “fuck yeah Slam Dunk ..buzzing to playing this year hope you see you there!” PUNK ROCK FACTORY adds, “we’re honoured and excited to be joining such an awesome Slam Dunk lineup this year! This will be our first year playing and we really can’t wait to bring the party.” And BEARS IN TREES says, “Slam Dunk has always been our dream to play. Pretty much every band that’s meant anything to me has been on their stage at one point or another. To be able to share that stage this year is crazy. I’m also hoping our times don’t clash with MOTION CITY SOUNDTRACK, because I’ve been waiting to see them live for about ten years now.”

Slam Dunk Festival North will take place on Friday June 3rd 2022 at Temple Newsam and Slam Dunk South will take place on Saturday June 4th at Hatfield Park. Tickets are available now and can be purchased here.
