The Alchemy release new music video for ‘Birdsong’

THE ALCHEMY have released a new music video!

The new music video is for the Canterbury-based rock band’s brand new single Birdsong and is the first new music from the band since their 2022 album Idle Ghosts.

Speaking about the new song, the band comment, “Birdsong was birthed in the fire of a speed writing session between bass and drums. No hang ups, just riff after riff not matter what the outcome. This lead to tempo changes and flashes of multiple genres. Crazy is good, crazy is reliable. The lyrics are inspired by political ridiculousness of recent times and how Boris Johnson looks like big bird from the Muppets.. The culmination leaves you with a track THE ALCHEMY are proud of. This will become a live a favourite for sure.”
