The Crown release new music video for ‘We Drift On’

THE CROWN have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the song We Drift On, is taken from the Swedish death metal band’s upcoming new album, Royal Destroyer, which is scheduled to be released in March. The new music video was directed by Christoffer Tönnäng and Oskar Norberger.

Speaking about the new song, guitarist Marko Tervonen says, “I think that after 30 years, people are aware that we can play pretty brutal music. But we also sometimes like to take it down a notch and explore other areas. I guess in 2021, it’s pretty difficult to ‘surprise’ people with a brutal song, so we hope to surprise you with this more mellow tune. Dare I even use the word ‘ballad’ *insert-fear-here*. Ok. Lean back, drift on and enjoy.”

Royal Destroyer is set for release on March 12th via Metal Blade Records. Pre-orders are available now and can be purchased here.
