The Damned release new song ‘Procrastination’

THE DAMNED have released a brand new song!

The song, titled Procrastination, is taken from the band’s upcoming new album Evil Spirits, which is set for release in April. The new album is the band’s first new album in ten years. Speaking about the track, keyboard player Monty Oxymoron says, “the song came together by accident really. I sent Captain the basic tune with some lyrics, but it didn’t have a chorus at that point; magically it all fitted with a totally separate instrumental piece that he had and it all slotted together perfectly! Regarding the lyrics, I think everyone suffers from procrastination. We’re all capable of putting off the stuff we don’t want to do. I was in Glastonbury recently and got myself a T-shirt that sums it all up quite nicely; ‘procrastinators of the world unite…tomorrow!’
