The Meffs release new music video for ‘Disorder (Wake Up)’

THE MEFFS have released a new music video!

The Essex-based punk duo have unveiled their searing new single Disorder (Wake Up), the latest track to be lifted from their upcoming second album Business, which is set for release on September 11th via FLG.

Speaking on the meaning behind Disorder (Wake Up), the band shares, “we should be angry that we live in a world where people need to seek asylum, not angry at the people seeking asylum. The establishment want to cause division, they want us to argue between ourselves, because it takes eyes off of them. People are fighting for their rights and their lives, they’re being displaced, and it’s fucking tragic, yet the narrative is that it’s those people’s fault that you can’t get a job or afford fuel. Wake up. We’re not the enemy and nor are you.”

The accompanying video features appearances from Frank Turner, ITCHY, BAD COP / BAD COP and BOOZE & GLORY, reinforcing the sense of punk community and shared resistance that sits at the heart of the track.
