Throat release new music video for ‘Vanilla Cuts’

THROAT have released a new music video!

The new music video, for the track Vanilla Cuts, is taken from the Finnish noise rock band’s upcoming new album, Smile Less, which is scheduled to be released in May this year.

Speaking about the new song, vocalist/guitarist Jukka Mattila says, “control is the keyword with Vanilla Cuts. There’s constant powerplay between individuals no matter if it comes down to sex, death, life, money, work or any facet of existence. Some seek to be controlled while others struggle to free themselves from it and both can be a source of great pleasure or pain. Musically we wanted to have a cold, mechanical feel to the song where tension builds up to what can feel like a release for some and unresolved restraint to others. Whatever your kink is, for these three minutes and forty seconds we are in control here.”

Smile Less is set for release on May 15th via Svart Records. Pre-orders are available now and can be purchased here.
