Tokyo Taboo release new song ‘WINGS’
TOKYO TABOO have released a brand new song!
The London-based rock band have unveiled their latest single WINGS, an uplifting track centred on rising above negativity and becoming stronger in the face of adversity.
The new single was recorded at Longwave Studios with producer Romesh Dodangoda (BRING ME THE HORIZON, NOVA TWINS, FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND, THE BLACKOUT). The release is accompanied by a lyric video featuring aerial performance from frontwoman Dolly Daggerz herself.
Speaking on the new single, Daggerz shares, “smear campaigns ultimately backfire when you don’t respond to the bullies and instead go deeper into the truth of who you are. You can use their hate as fuel and rise so high above it that no-one can say anything that bothers you anymore. Words just ricochet because you sit comfortably in your own truth. There’s real strength in knowing who you are and becoming unbothered by those who are continually intent on misunderstanding you.”
