Waterparks release new song ‘BETTER THAN THERAPY’

WATERPARKS have released a new single!

The new track, BETTER THAN THERAPY, is taken from the Houston-based pop-rock band’s upcoming album JINX, which is set for release on July 24th via BMG.

The single arrives as the latest preview of the record, showcasing the band’s signature blend of self-aware lyricism, chaotic energy, and infectious hooks, while leaning into a more emotionally candid direction.

Speaking about the track, frontman Awsten Knight shares, “here’s the thing. I actually haven’t been to therapy in a couple years and I think it’s catching up with me…”

At its core, the new single acts as a tongue-in-cheek ode to connection, exploring the messy comfort of finding someone who understands you despite your flaws, pairing humour with underlying emotional honesty.

JINX is set for release on July 24th via BMG. Pre‑orders are available now and can be purchased here.
