Yellow Eyes announce new album ‘Rare Field Ceiling’

YELLOW EYES have announced a new album!

Titled Rare Field Ceiling, the upcoming album from the American black metallers is scheduled to be released in June this year!

The upcoming album was was recorded by the band themselves – in accordance with the band’s belief that limitations of skill or technology can nourish a singular voice. The introspective nature of the band, and their self sufficiency has played a part in defining their sound.

Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band have released the first song from the upcoming album; titled No Dust. Speaking of the track, the band says, “Will came back from another trip to Siberia a few weeks before we went into the studio, and he brought home a new series of field recordings that became vital to the shape of the album. You’ll hear a fragment of that in this track, as well as a plucked zither-type instrument made by our bassist, Alex.”
