Young Culture announce new EP ‘Godspeed’

YOUNG CULTURE have announced a new EP!

Titled Godspeed, the upcoming EP from the pop rock band comes on the back of the release of their self-titled debut album, which was released in October last year, and is scheduled to be released later this month, via Rude Records.

The band recorded the EP in a true DIY fashion. After tracking the songs at an old friend’s studio in Albany, they were then passed onto long-time friends of the band, Derek DiScanio of STATE CHAMPS and Sam Guaiana, to produce, and guitarist Gabe Pietrafesa’s brother, Tony Pietrafesa, to engineer.

Speaking about the upcoming EP, vocalist Alex Magnan says, “these five songs are just a showcase of what we’ve always been about, solidifying who we are and what we do. I want the listeners to feel the different emotions we’re trying to convey with each track. Each song has something special to offer and I want it to be felt to its fullest.”

Alongside the announcement of the new EP, the band have released a new music video for a new song lifted from the upcoming release; the title track Godspeed. The new song is the second single from the upcoming EP, following on from Hum, which was released last month.
