Download Festival have announced 20 new bands for next year’s festival!

After announcing a whopping 70 bands back in April, that included the likes of KORN, DEFTONESTHE PRETTY RECKLESSRISE AGAINSTPOWERWOLF, MEGADETH, STEEL PANTHER and tons more, now, the organisers behind the UK’s biggest rock and metal festival have announced a new 20 bands for next year’s festival!

Leading the charge in today’s announcement is pop-punk/metalcore giants A DAY TO REMEMBER, who land a sub-headlining slot on Friday’s billing, metal heavyweights BURY TOMORROWCODE ORANGEMASTODON and MALEVOLENCE and CREEPER. Also confirmed is SHINEDOWN and MYLES KENNEDY, who will perform two sets across the festival weekend – one full electric set and a special acoustic performance.

Rounding out the announcement for next year’s festival is BARONESS, BLACK VEIL BRIDESCASSYETTEDEATH BLOOMSDRAGGED UNDERGENDER ROLESICE NINE KILLSMEET ME @ THE ALTAR, NORMANDIEOBITUARYTHICK and VOLBEAT.
