Moonspell announce Moonfest
MOONSPELL have announced Moonfest!
The Portuguese gothic metal legends will celebrate their 35th anniversary with the inaugural edition of the festival, taking place at the MEO Arena in Lisbon, Portugal on October 30th, 2027.
The band have personally curated the event, which will feature performances from Finnish metal icons AMORPHIS, Swiss avant-garde metal outfit ZEAL & ARDOR, TOWARDS THE SINISTER featuring the original founders of MY DYING BRIDE, and Portuguese gothic metallers HEAVENWOOD.
The announcement follows the band’s recently confirmed God Is A Vampire European tour for March and April 2027, as well as the release of their latest album, Far From God. The festival will culminate with MOONSPELL performing a special headline set celebrating 35 years of the band with what is being described as the biggest production of their career.
Moonfest takes place on October 30th, 2027 at the MEO Arena in Lisbon, Portugal. Tickets go on general sale on November 9th at 11am CET, with prices starting from €50, and can be purchased here.
