Static Dress release new music video for ‘…hospice’

STATIC DRESS have released a new music video!

The UK-based quartet have released …hospice, the latest single taken from their forthcoming sophomore album injury episode, which is set for release on May 29th via Sumerian Records.

Following recent singles human props and Nostalgia Kills featuring UNDEROATH, …hospice explores a more restrained side of the band’s sound. Leaning into melody and uplift over abrasion, the track blends alternative pop sensibilities with expansive instrumentation, gradually building towards a large-scale, emotive chorus.

The self-directed video places the band within a dark, surreal setting, moving between past and present as vocalist Olli Appleyard navigates a space suspended between alternate realities, while a masked figure searches for genuine emotion.
