Kalandra release new song ‘Bardaginn’

KALANDRA have released a brand new song!

The new song, titled Bardaginn, is the brand new single from the Norwegian pop/folk band and its release comes ahead of the band’s co-headlining European and UK tour with A.A. WILLIAMS, which kicks off later this month.

Speaking about the new song, the band says, “this English translation of the Old Norse lyric has been crafted with creative adjustments to enhance the flow and readability of the text. While our intention was to maintain the essence and spirit of the original work, we acknowledge that some aspects may not be entirely accurate from a linguistic or historical perspective. Please keep in mind that the nuances of language and cultural context can be challenging to convey faithfully in translation. Our primary aim was to make the content more accessible and enjoyable for modern readers.”
