South Arcade release new song ‘Riptide’

SOUTH ARCADE have released a brand new song!

The new song, titled Riptide, is the brand new single from the rising UK alternative rock band and follows on from their previous single, Nepo Baby, which was released back in January.

The new song was written by the band, produced by guitarist Harry Winks and features their signature combination of Y2K influence with modern production.

Speaking about the new song, the band says, “Riptide is a song we started a while ago but struggled with knowing where to take it. We came back to it having just seen a friend who was struggling and all the pieces just seemed to fit into place. It’s confusing and uncertain when not knowing how to help someone you really care about. But no matter what, leaving is not an option and that whenever they need you, you’ll be there for them. We loved playing it for our fans on our last tour and they seemed to relate to it as much as we did, so it seemed only right for us to release it.”
